This Newly Discovered "Exotic Rice Habit"

Back when I was stuck at 203 lbs
I never thought I would be where I am today. A 50 year old woman, with a life that I never imagined for myself. It all started when I was in my early 30s. I was plump, unhappy, and struggling with mood swings and emotional eating. I felt like I was in a constant battle with my emotions, and my body. Then as if that wasn't enough, my relationship with my husband started getting very strained.
On Thursday nights we would have couples night with our friends. I never would be excited to go. I preferred to just stay home. I remember thinking how beautiful and happy they all looked while flirting with their husbands as if they were in their 20’s and freshly married. I could barely get my husband Nick to sit 2 feet closer to me, let alone actually flirt and hug me. My struggle had not only affected my health, it took a big toll on my marriage. We just didn’t click anymore, almost as if every pound I gained pushed us further apart.

On top of my depression and mood swings it was even worse going to the doctor and being told time and time again that I needed to lose some pounds or I was at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. It was a constant reminder of my struggles and it only added to my depression. I felt like I was stuck in a cycle that I couldn't break out of.
I was constantly dealing with back pain and hip pain. It seemed like no matter what I did, the pain would never go away. It was a constant reminder of the pounds I was carrying and the toll it was taking on my body. I had low self-esteem and I felt like there was no hope for me.
But then, one day, everything changed. I went to my doctor for yet another check-up. I was dreading the conversation about my size, but this time, my doctor had something different to say. She told me about a newly discovered "Exotic Rice Habit" that had been shown to have amazing health benefits. Apparently, this rice had been found in a remote village in Asia and was known for its ability to aid in loss of fatty tissue and improve overall health.
I was skeptical at first, thinking it was just another fad diet. I explained to her that I had tried eating healthy before and giving up the foods I love and I still was STUCK at my same size. But my doctor assured me that this was not a diet, but an addition to my morning routine that only takes a few seconds. She then went on to explain that this “exotic rice habit” did not mean I had to give up my favorite foods.

I decided to give it a try. I started incorporating this exotic rice into my morning routine and I couldn't believe the results. Not only did I start losing inches around my waist, but I also noticed a significant improvement in my mood swings and emotional eating. It was like a fog had lifted from my mind and I was finally able to control my emotions and my cravings.
But the most amazing change was in my back and hip pain. As I continued to lose inches the pain slowly started to disappear. I was able to move more freely and without discomfort. It was like a ton of bricks had been lifted off of my body, both physically and emotionally. The best part about it all, I was able to melt away the lbs while still eating my favorite foods like pizza, lasagna, and my all time favorite ICE CREAM!
Today, at 51 years old, I am a completely different person. I no longer struggle with my weight or my emotions. My back and hip pain are a distant memory. And most importantly, I have regained my self-esteem and confidence. I never thought I would feel this happy and healthy, but thanks to my "exotic rice habit," I have found a new lease on life. I am grateful to my doctor for introducing me to this life-changing habit.
Now I am Down to 137... and LOVING IT.
